NOTICE OF SPEED LIMIT REDUCTION

NOTICE OF JASPER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS JASPER COUNTY, INDIANA

NOTICE is hereby given that on April 7, 20205, the Jasper County Board of Commissioners of Jasper County, Indiana, adopted Ordinance No. 04-07-2025A which added Subsection 10.10.070A.9 to the Jasper County Code of Ordinances.  The effect of the ordinance is to reduce the speed limit to 45 miles per hour on Wood Road (CR 400 S) between Airport Road (CR 700W) and the city limit of the City of Rensselaer at Matheson Avenue. The ordinance was effective upon passage.
