Payments may be made in person or by mail.          

                                                                                             

Form of Payment – you may pay by garnishment, money order, or cash, however, if you mail your payment DO NOT send cash.  

Information on Payment – Please include your ISETS case number or court cause number on all payments   

Annual Support Fees

Under Indiana Law (IC 33-37-5-6), the payor is required to remit an annual support fee of $55.00 to the Clerk. The fee helps cover the costs of servicing the payment account.  The Clerk cannot deduct the annual support fee from a child support payment.

When making the Annual Support payment – please include the ISETS case number or court cause number and “Annual Support Fee” on your payment.

Case Number

Your case number is your ISETS number. ISETS is Indiana Support Enforcement Tracking System. All correspondence and phone inquiries should include your ISETS number. This number can be located on the Support Check (for the payee) and on the Annual Support fee notification (for the payor).

Change of Address

If your address changes, we need to know! It is extremely important that we know the current name and address for both the payor and the payee. Contact this office as soon as possible with any change either by phone 219-866-4928 or mail.

Payment Histories

Child support payment histories may be obtained by the parties in person, by phone or in writing at the Jasper County Clerk’s Office located at 115 West Washington Street, Ste 204, Rensselaer, IN  47978.

Telephone calls regarding child support payments may be made to the Kids System at 1-800-840-8757. Please have your ISETS number available.
