Notices of Assessment (Form 11's) will be mailed on October 22, 2012. The deadline to file an appeal based on these notices will be December 5, 2012. You may click on the "Appeals" page to find further information regarding the filing of an appeal.

If you have experienced a fire or weather related property loss, please submit a Form 137R (Form 137R - Petition for Reassessment of Property Destroyed by Disaster) to the Assessor's office at your earliest convenience so that we can physically inspect the property and adjust your assessed value accordingly. Please help us in keeping our records accurate. If you have removed an improvement, please notify us by submitting a Form 135 (Form 135 - Affidavit of Removed or Destroyed Property) so that we can remove it from your property record card.
